SHIPPING POLICY

We will inform you how long it is expected to take for your order to arrive in the order overview as well as in the order confirmation you’ll receive via email - but this time may vary depending on your items and delivery method.

 

A more accurate estimate of the delivery time can be found in the shipping confirmation. You will receive this by email as soon as your order is on its way to you. With the tracking number found in the email, you can track the progress of your shipment at any time. You can always see whether your order has already been shipped or is still being prepared under "My orders" in your customer account.

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipment. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take a little longer.

Since items from partners are usually shipped directly from them, you will receive these items in a separate parcel. We will inform you about every package sent out by means of shipping confirmation. You can also use this to track your shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Have you changed your mind or an item doesn't fit?

You can return unworn items to us free of charge within 14 days - this period starts running from the day your package was delivered.

Please take care not to remove any labels or get any items dirty. We also ask that you return items to us in their original packaging. This will allow us to check and refund your return more quickly.

Are you returning a beauty product?

Only beauty products that are unopened, unused and still in their original packaging can be refunded and resold. Therefore, please ensure that the packaging material, instructions and accessories are returned together with the product.

Opened your beauty product but don't like it? Maybe you can give it away to someone from your circle of friends or family - and help reduce unnecessary waste.
